When are Shaw Lenses Used?
Shaw lenses can be prescribed when a patient experiences symptoms of aniseikonia.
Aniseikonia symptoms can be mild to severe and can impact your ability to read, use a computer, function at work and drive.
Depending upon the degree of the aniseikonia, and individual tolerance of the condition, generally the signs to look out for include:
- Headaches
- Dizziness

What Makes the SHAW Lens Different?

The math is complex in a purely theoretically environment but when you factor in other variables like frame dimensions, the position of the glasses on an individual patient’s face and the limits that lens manufacturing and optics place, it’s no wonder why no one has done this before.
